From this 6-8 person motor yacht, the hamal, we have one in our fleet. It is the only engine tjalk with an open cockpit, aft cabin, and inner and outer control, therefore, much loved by all the guests.

We (Yachtcharter Yachtrental) are happy to introduce you to the robust “Frisian Tjalken”, all equipped with 2 cozy cabins, a fitted kitchen, sitting room and private toilet on board. If you really want to “discover” a large sailing area and Friesland, then you opt for a real Frisian Motortjalk.

Due to the low passage height, depth and width of our unique motor yachts, you will discover the most beautiful places in Friesland. You sail where others can not sail.
Sailing is simple and quick to learn, a sailing license is not necessary. In addition to the diesel engine, the Tjalken have a bow thruster that makes maneuvering even easier.

All our ships are equipped with a powerful inboard diesel engine, bow thruster, heating, refrigerator, toilet, 4 burner stove, 12 volt connection, steering chair, swim ladder, cushions and shore power cable.

Rental conditions and rules in brief: 1. The boats are all-risk insured with a deductible of € 350, - per case. The insurance does not apply to the Wadden Sea, the Zeeland streams and the IJsselmeer. The sailing of these waters is not permitted. 2. Only after receipt of the down payment is the reservation final. The deposit must be paid within 14 days after reservation. After the owner (Charter) has received the deposit, the tenant will receive a confirmation with the remaining amount, this amount must be paid by the tenant no later than 3 weeks before the departure. 3. The € 350, - deposit (including deductible) must be paid before departure. The deposit will be refunded if the boat is clean, refueled and returned in good condition. 4. Damage must be reported directly to the owner (Charter). 5. Fuel, port, bridge and lock charges are at the tenant's expense. 6. The rental period runs from: Arrival Departure Week: Sat 10 am - 2 pm Fri to 2 pm Midweek: Mon 10 am - 2 pm Fri to 2 pm Weekend: Fri 4 pm So to 4 pm 7. Do not sail too quickly in unclear water, so that you can control the ship under all circumstances. Sailing under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs is strictly prohibited.
